At Cognitive Fusion Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide the best training, upskilling, and placement services to our clients, students, and partners. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased through our website www.cognitivefusion.in (“Website”).

By enrolling in our programs, events, or services, you agree to the following policy:

1. Program / Course Enrollments

· Once you register and make a payment for a course, training program, or workshop, the seat is reserved exclusively for you.

· Cancellation by Participant: There is no cancellation allowed once the payment / enrolment is made.

· Non-Attendance: Failure to attend will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

2. Events, Seminars & Conferences

· Fees paid for classes, workshops, webinars, events, summits, or seminars are non-refundable.

· In case of event cancellation by Cognitive Fusion, full refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

3. Corporate Training & Institutional Partnerships

· For customized training solutions, consultancy, or partnerships, refund/cancellation terms will be governed by the specific contract signed with the client.

 

4. Placement Assistance Services

· Fees charged for placement or recruitment-related services are non-refundable, as they involve time, resources, and access to networks provided immediately upon enrollment.

5. Cancellation by Cognitive Fusion

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program, training, or event under exceptional circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollments, faculty unavailability, force majeure).

· In such cases, participants will be offered:

1. A full refund, OR

2. A rescheduled program of equal value.

6. Refund Processing

· Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

· Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

· Transaction charges, gateway fees, or administrative costs are non-refundable.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

· Registration fees for workshops, webinars, classes, events, or short courses

· Digital products, downloadable materials, or e-learning content

· Placement service fees

SHIPPING Policy:

At Cognitive Fusion Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we provide training, upskilling, placement services, and event registrations. Since most of our offerings are delivered digitally or through scheduled sessions, this Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when you can expect to receive access to our services and resources.

1. Digital Services & Course Access

· Once you register and complete the payment for an online course, training program, or workshop, you will receive confirmation via email/SMS within 24 hours.

· Access credentials (login ID, password, or joining links) for online sessions will be shared within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

· In case of any delay, you may contact our support team for assistance.

2. Physical Materials (if applicable)

· For programs that include physical learning kits, books, or event merchandise, delivery will be handled through reliable courier/logistics partners.

· Estimated delivery time within India: 7–10 business days from payment confirmation.

· Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

· Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.

3. Events, Seminars & Conferences

· Registration confirmations and entry passes (digital or printed) will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours of successful registration.

· Physical passes (if applicable) can also be collected at the venue’s registration desk on the day of the event by showing valid ID proof.

4. International Access

· For international participants, all training and program content will be delivered digitally via email or online platforms.

· Shipping of any physical materials outside India will depend on availability and may involve additional delivery charges and longer timelines.

5. Delivery Issues

· If you do not receive your access credentials, digital content, or shipped items within the expected time, please contact us immediately.

· We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers, incorrect contact information, or unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
